01
Start with your own experience
Review a business you have personally dealt with. Check its name and website before posting. Explain what you bought or used, when it happened, and what went well or badly. Keep supporting records private.
02
Give useful detail
Describe events in your own words and distinguish facts from opinions. Choose a rating that reflects the experience described. Avoid repeated reviews of the same experience.
- Use a short, descriptive title.
- Explain the service, delivery, quality, or support involved.
- Mention relevant attempts to resolve a problem.
- Stay focused on the business and the experience.
03
Keep feedback independent
Do not invent an experience, copy a review, or post on behalf of someone else. Do not review your own business, employer, or competitor where a conflict of interest prevents independent feedback.
Do not accept money, gifts, or discounts in exchange for reviews. Do not offer to change or remove a review in exchange for payment or special treatment.
04
Respect privacy and safety
Do not publish private contact details, account numbers, identity documents, or sensitive personal information. Check images for information that should not be public.
Threats, harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, spam, and malicious links are not allowed. Criticism can be direct without attacking a person.
05
After submission
New reviews may wait for moderation. Content that breaks these guidelines may be restricted. Disagreement with a review is not, by itself, a reason to remove it.
If a concern is raised, we may request further context. Keep any evidence private until an appropriate way to provide it is agreed.
06
Reports, corrections, and appeals
Use the report control where available or contact us with the review link and a specific concern. Reporting should identify a possible breach of standards, not simply disagreement with an opinion.
For help correcting your review or asking us to reconsider a decision, contact us from your account email and explain the change or concern.
